The website has been built by using the assistance of Tripod Site builder powered by Trellix and Tripod
Photo Album Editor, including its templates, but the creative work itself belongs to me, Töpis. For illustration
I have used the services of Tripod`s image gallery, photos & pictures I`m holding the legal rights to, either by shooting
them myself with my own camera, or achieving the rights by a transfer or a contract. Such transferred copyrights exists for
instance with the photos originally shot by CT, while with HP I made a contract where agreed to shoot photos for me
on the Week of The Open Doors 2006 and I reward him fairly enough, knowing that I am not going to make any further business with the photos shot by him. Therefore
notice that copying any and/or all what you find from this website and/or claim it to be yours and/or your original property
is violation the copyrights of the website owner and possibly also the rights of the Tripod / Lycos Networks.
This website won`t provide real names to the public nor anybody`s face by default. If and when seeing photos with people
with uncovered face, they have given at least an oral permission for that - telling they don`t mind even if their face is
shown to the public. This should be enough according to that how the website owner has familiarized herself with the Finnish
legistlation but if this is not enough of securing anybody`s privacy, please contact the owner of the site in order to discuss
about your concerns.
This is a non-commercial, a private website with the purpose of viewing the life from the website owner`s limited angle
providing absolutely no definately accurate information but rather more opinions and stupid babbling which is not meant for
insulting anybody.
Names: Since this is a private website and includes website owner`s babbling about her life, I must have had to
call my fellow citizens with nick names that are often either my own development, or translations. This is done to protect
the real people`s honour and privacy from suffering my sometimes a bit too sharp tongue. Even if I tell much about these people,
they aren`t like that. They are just as they appear to the owner of this website via her emotional filters of her different
moods. Therefore before rushing to sue me for some reason, please contact the website owner and tell your concerns. I`m after
all a poor student.
